Lead Technician

Brittany Headley, RVT

Brittany always knew she wanted to work with animals and thus began her career in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant in 2013 while attending Mt. San Antonio College’s Registered Veterinary Technology program. She graduated in June 2016 and joined our team days later, spending her lunch breaks studying for her boards. All her efforts paid off as she passed both her VTNE and State Boards to become an RVT in the fall of 2016. During her time with us, she has assisted in training the veterinary assistants and staff on various topics and enjoys hands-on training and wet labs that strengthen the skills of the staff.

In 2021, she was promoted to Lead Technician and has been excelling with all of the new challenges of the position. While she has experience in both general practice, large animal medicine, and emergency medicine, she loves dental cleanings with extractions and seeing exotics most. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as their menagerie of pets including horses, dogs, cats, rats, fish, a snake and rehabilitated bearded dragons. She looks forward to loving on and caring for your pets as if they were her own!
